Submitting an Order indicates acceptance of the following Cancellation Policy.

 

1.CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGE DEADLINES

A. For Purchases Under $300

The deadline to modify or cancel 9am, Eastern Time (New York), two days prior to delivery.

Orders Cancelled or Changed after this Deadline will no be Refunded.

 

B. For Purchases Over $300

For a full refund, the deadline to submit your request is 9am, Eastern Time (New York), 10 Days prior to delivery.

Requests received after this deadline are subject to cancellation charge ranging from 20% to 100% of the order value.

 

2.HOW TO CANCEL AND CHANGE

Please send your request by email to Partytimewishes@aol.com. Please consider your order cancelled or changed ONLY when you have received a confirmation by email.

 

3. DELIVERIES

A. Any Orders under $50 are available for pick up only. Pick Up & Delivery Orders within a 2 mile radius are available within 2-3 hours.
